“In 2018, Centacare engaged Mackbel Films to produce a 30-minute film documenting our work through the eyes of frontline staff.
The film is broken up into seven short stories, each focused on a different sector.
Over the past year, the films have been shared widely on social media and become effective communication tools on our website.
They have enhanced our induction process by giving new staff an immediate understanding of the scope of our work across community services.
Staff regularly report they are inspired by the strong sense of purpose at Centacare, which is conveyed beautifully in the films.
The project has opened up communication between programs and given teams a better understanding of the work being done outside of their own units.”
